Après 3 montages la structure s'est entièrement tordue : nous étions pourtant 4 pour la déplier. C'est vraiment de la petite qualité. A fuire
je vous livre la réponse du SAV qui fait un diagnostic d'après des photos : Bonjour, J'ai bien pris note de votre message et suis navré que notre proposition ne vous apportent pas entière satisfaction. Après vérification de vos photos, je tiens à vous informer que la tente a été cassé à cause d’un élément extérieur, ou une force irrégulière et involontaire. La casse brute due à ces éléments n’est malheureusement pas prise en compte dans la garantie. Seuls sont pris en compte l’oxydation, le blocage intempestif du ressort du toit, ou la déformation des pièces de jonction rendant le pliage compliqué voire impossible. Pour solutionner votre problème et vous permettre d’utiliser votre barnum, nous vous proposons de changer ces pièces. S'il y a trop de pièce à changer, il est mieux de racheter une nouvelle structure. Nous expédierons alors les pièces de rechange sous 24h ouvrées.
